Waking up experience
In this project, we explored interactive sound design through a waking-up experience using electronics, code, and physical computing. The process involved a lot of low-fi prototyping and collaborative brainstorming with team members, supported by quick sketching to explore different interaction ideas early on. I also worked hands-on with higher-fidelity prototype, including using an SD card for audio playback and a small embedded speaker for the first time.
The concept evolved into a calm waking experience using natural sounds such as dripping water and bird sounds. For the final deliverable I learned to have clear communication with teammates about our process as we all had to deliver an individual pictorial, this was my first time creating a well thought out pictorial, it really improved my visual communication style.
